Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on all products, whether defective or in original condition, within 30 days of purchase. We also accept exchanges if you would prefer a different product.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@filterwatershop.com or phone at +1(719)626-2776. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label to send back your item(s).

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 3 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

All return shipping is free. We will send you a return shipping label upon request. Simply pack up the product with all included accessories and parts in original packaging if possible. Attach the label to the package and ship it:

Once received at our warehouse, your refund will be reviewed and issued within 7 business days if approved. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

Please note, all items should be returned in original condition with tags and packaging.
